Shipping Policy:
All
Digital Hymnals and any accessories will be shipped via USPS
or requested carrier. Never accept a damaged
package. However, if you receive a product that is damaged call 814-227-8090 within 48 hours and we will make arrangements with
the shipper to promptly replace your item.
Returns & Refunds:
All Digital Hymnals will be accepted for
return within 15 days of receiving and must include the accessories,
original packaging, and printed materials - and be in new condition to receive a full refund
(minus original shipping charges and 3% charge on credit card orders).
Digital Hymnals that are returned scratched or damaged will be subject to charges determined
by the our repair department. The return & exchange process for all
Digital Hymnals and its accessories will be as follows:

Warranty:
The HymnMaster 2008 Digital Hymnal
carries a one year full parts and labor warranty. Please contact Moulin Mills
Music (814-227-8090) to receive return instructions.
Warranties does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of
God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or
modification of, or to any part of the product. These warranties
does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance,
connection to improper voltage power supply, or attempted repair by
anyone other than manufacture.
Sales Tax Charges:
Moulin Mills Music charges a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax to non-tax
exempt organizations within the state.
