Shipping Policy:
The Digital Hymnal DH200 and any accessories will be shipped via UPS.  Never accept a damaged package.  However, if you receive a product that is damaged (shipped via UPS) call 814-227-8090 within 48 hours and we will make arrangements with the shipper to promptly replace your item. 

Returns & Refunds:
The Digital Hymnal DH200 will be accepted for return within 15 days of receiving and must include the accessories, original packaging, and printed materials - and be in new condition to receive a full refund (minus original shipping charges and 3% charge on credit card orders).  Digital Hymnals that are returned scratched or damaged will be subject to charges determined by the our repair department. The return & exchange process for the Digital Hymnal DH200 and its accessories will be as follows:

• Contact Moulin Mills Music (814-227-8090) to receive the required authorization.
• Moulin Mills Music will provide you with the address to ship the return.

Digital Hymnal Warranty
The Digital Hymnal DH200 carries a six month full parts and labor warranty. Please contact Moulin Mills Music (814-227-8090) to receive return instructions.

Sales Tax Charges:
Moulin Mills Music charges a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax  to non-tax exempt organizations within the state.
